Hi, I’m Rebekah!

Drawing from my diverse background in psychology, personal development, and holistic wellness, I employ an integrative approach to coaching that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. I have come to understand that true fulfillment comes from living a life that is in harmony with one's values and purpose. Through thought-provoking conversations, introspective exercises, and actionable strategies, I help my clients overcome obstacles, break through limiting beliefs, and tap into their innate wisdom and a wider range of perceived possibility.

My intention is to partner with people on a journey of self-discovery. I believe that when individuals connect with their authentic selves and live in alignment with their values, they can create a life of purpose, fulfillment, joy and deep connection. Rather than measuring our work with metrics of failure or success, we will treat our process like an adventure, creating experiments each week to try with openness and curiosity.

As your coach, I will help you tap into your guiding vision, create goals, and offer accountability and encouragement. Change is uncomfortable for most of us, but it’s easier and tends to be more long-lasting, with some external support. Are you ready to start living a life that feels more authentic, expansive, and joyful? Schedule a free consultation call to learn more about the possibility of working together! I can be reached at rebekah@innerbalanceatlanta.com.

I am a Certificate in Holistic Life Coaching from the Holistic Life Coach Institute, as well as a Master’s degree in Humanistic & Transpersonal psychology from the University of West Georgia. I am passionate about community building and regularly facilitate intentional gatherings which center around authentic relating, nature connection and creativity.
