Does anxiety or stress consume you? Do you spiral in negative thoughts or self-doubt? Are you exhausted from workplace burnout or pressure to constantly be productive? I work with adults and teens who are dealing with stress, anxiety, workplace or productivity burnout, depression, insomnia, grief, trauma, low self-confidence, conflicts, family issues, and other difficulties life throws our way.
In our work together, I guide you in exploring how you came to be the person you are today. This process fosters self-compassion and lays a solid foundation for learning and applying new tools moving forward. Each client has a unique story. I will collaborate with you on the best interventions that can help you with your specific concerns.
Can’t sleep? I am also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) and can help clients with general sleep hygiene or help them work through a structured, research-based cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia plan.
I help empower my clients to be the best version of themselves and lead lives that are aligned with their own values. Together we will work toward self-acceptance, emphasize your personal strengths and map out the best way for you to grow and heal. In sessions, I place an importance on the mind-body connection. Many people remain stuck by only focusing on one or the other. By learning new ways to both regulate your nervous system and rewire unhelpful thought patterns, you can work toward lasting change.
I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and other tools to help clients to find new and healthier ways to approach life challenges, understand their emotions and find different perspectives. I am an empathetic listener and provide a safe space to help my clients embrace who they are.
