My fee is $160 per session for individuals

Hi, I’m Hillary!

As a therapist, I specialize in working with people to navigate through challenges such as anxiety and perfectionism, identity exploration, and healing from attachment trauma. I especially love working with folks who feel like they don’t fit the life that they are living and are actively exploring their identity and purpose.

Many of my clients have experienced a moment of waking up from years of living within the scripts they were taught by family, society, and culture, only to realize that they need to make a change but they don’t know what change or even where to start. My clients often have experienced years of difficulty with anxiety, burnout, and complex relational trauma which has led to constant repetition of painful patterns and isolation. Typically, the painful patterns keeping my clients stuck have once served as very successful protections but now cause frequent pain and suffering.

In my office, I welcome conversations surrounding queerness, religious deconstruction, subculture, and other less mainstream norms. I recognize that most folks seeking therapy experience some level of distress related to the systems that they live in, and I aim to help guide my clients in navigating these particular challenges. My work with clients is centered on collaboration, where we work together to develop tools and skills tailored to your specific needs.

My approach draws on evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, CBT, and ACT, tailored to unique client needs. With mindfulness, existential conversations, and pattern disruption, we'll work together to help you achieve your goals in therapy. I always work from a perspective that is trauma-informed, sex and body-positive, and anti-racist.

When I'm not with clients, I enjoy yoga, nature, good food, creative projects, live music, and a binge of my favorite comfort shows with loved ones.
